Ashton Carter – Friday, 15 November 2013 @ 19.30

Ashton CarterAshton Carter presents his current bizarre magic show. Combining his love of storytelling, stage magic, family history and the paranormal; Ashton will give rare access to some of the objects he has collected over the years.  Influenced by the ghost stories and weird fiction of the early 20th century, 19th century spiritualism and the paranormal; ancient objects will show their secret powers, spirits and entities from other worlds will make their presence felt and colourful members of Ashton’s family tree show that things are not always as they seem.

The show is highly interactive and ticket numbers will be limited. Book early to avoid disappointment.

An Evening with Harry Houdini – A lecture by Master Locksmith, Mick Hanzlik. – Postponed

Mick thumbA UK authority on the life and work of Escapologist Harry Houdini, Mick Hanzlik is a Master Locksmith, and Associate of the Inner Magic Circle (Silver Star and was recently invited to give a presentation at the World Escape Artists’ Convention in Los Angeles.  His presentation includes a Houdini biography, illustrated with many photographs, and also movie clips of Houdini “in action” Also included will be demonstrations of a few of Houdini’s handcuff escapes.
